NEW beachfront 3BR apartment in Estepona with pool

Positive: Saubere gut riechende sehr modern eingerichtete Appartement. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet auf alles gedacht. Auch von Schlafzimmer sehr schöne Blick auf den Garten und auf das Meer. Außenanlage sehr gepflegt, Pool sauber. Terrasse sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Absolut ruhig. Eine richtige Oase zu entspannen. Negative: Ich empfand den einchecken etwas kompliziert. Ich hätte unsere Ausweise über einen Link hochladen sollen, die aber auf meinem Handy nicht funktioniert hat. Als es klappte (mit Hilfe der Unterkunft) habe ich eine 10 Seitige pdf für einchecken erhalten. Es lief über chat zwar alles reibungslos vor Ort war aber leider kein Ansprechpartner.

Positive: Lokalizacja Negative: Bardzo cienkie okna i ściany, co powodowało że nie dało się spać. Okna z sypialni prosto na głośną furtkę, która całą noc budziła nas i dzieciaki. Mieszkanie średnio czyste. Problemy z wjazdem na parking.

Positive: The apartment was lovely. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Easy self check in. Located close to the old town. Negative: We were not informed in advance about the construction work taking place around the pool area. One of the apartment’s main selling points is the communal space, so this was particularly disappointing. The condition of the pool itself was also unacceptable. There was a dead fish in the water along with other debris. Although this was acknowledged and an apology was given, no action was taken to resolve the issue. Even without the construction work, the state of the pool alone would have prevented us from using it. Had we been made aware of these issues beforehand, we would have chosen to book accommodation elsewhere.
